Motion by Mr. Dosen, seconded by Mr. Pedersen to enter Executive Session at 5:05 p.m.

to adopt Resolution 2020-39 as follows:

Prepare for conducting or reviewing negotiations or bargaining session with public employees

concerning their compensation or other terms and conditions of employment. per Board Policy 0166,

item D and To discuss personnel, Item A

The President declared Resolution 2020-39 adopted.
