Motion by Mrs. Wigman, seconded by Mrs. Kwiatkowski to adopt Resolution 2023-63 as follows:

ROLL CALL: Mrs. Kramer, yes; Mrs. Kwiatkowski, yes; Mrs. Mack, absent; Mrs. Wigman, yes; Mr. Dosen, yes

The President declared Resolution 2023-63 adopted. 

 

Motion by Mrs. Wigman, seconded by Mrs. Kramer to adopt Resolution 2023-64 as follows: 

  B. Highland Property Sale and Transfer and Development Agreement
