Motion by Mrs. Kwiatkowski, seconded by Mrs. Wigman, to enter into Executive Session at 5:02 p.m. to adopt Resolution 2023-43 as follows:

A. Motion to enter into Executive Session per Ohio Revised Code 121.22, item G for the purpose of: the consideration of the appointment, employment, discipline, promotion, demotion or compensation of a public employee or official, per Board policy 0166, item A

The President declared Resolution 2023-43 adopted.

Motioned by Mrs. Wigman, seconded by Mrs. Kramer to exit Executive Session at 9:19 p.m.
