Discussion: A. Review of the FY 21 Financial Audit

Presentation from Chad Gorfido and Tim Herold of Rea and Associates.

Completed the audit on time and with great cooperation from the CFO's Office.
The audit has been released and is posted on the Auditor of States website.
Mr. Yaniglos has continued to improve the audit since he began in 2020.
Mr. Yaniglos communicates well when questions arise, which helps make the audit go smoother.
Notes a significant reduction of Management Letter recommendations. Mr. Herold noted prior to Mr. Yaniglos, the Management Letter was 6 pages with multiple recommendations. For FY21, there was one recommendation.
