Motion by Mr. Dosen, seconded by Mrs. Wigman to enter Executive Session at 5:03 p.m.

to adopt Resolution 2020-88 as follows:

Motion to enter into Executive Session per Ohio Revised Code 121.22, item G for the purpose of:
