The Brecksville-Broadview Heights Board of Education will hold a Work Session on Thursday, July 30, 2020 at 7:00 PM. The Work Session will be live streamed via Youtube for the purpose of conducting the School District's business and is not to be considered a public community meeting. Motion by Mr. Dosen, seconded by Mrs. Kramer to enter Executive Session at 8:12 p.m.

to adopt Resolution 2020-59 as follows:

Motion to adjourn the Board into Executive Session to conference with the School District

Attorney concerning pending or imminent court action, reason (G)(3)

ROLL CALL: Mrs. Dosen, yes; Mrs. Kramer, yes; Mr. Pedersen, yes; Mrs. Wigman, yes;

The President declared Resolution 2020-59 adopted.

Motion by Mr. Dosen, seconded by Mr. Pedersen to exit Executive Session at 9:10 p.m.

4. Adjournment

Motion by Mr. Dosen, seconded by Mr. Pedersen, to adjourn Work Session at 9:11 p.m.
