Motion by Mr. Ziegler, seconded by Mrs. Kramer to enter Executive Session at 4:37 p.m.

to adopt Resolution 2019-96 as follows:

Motion to enter executive session for the consideration of the purchase of property or sale of property

at competitive bidding, if premature disclosure or information would give an unfair competitive or

bargaining advantage to a person whose personal, private interest is adverse to the general public

interest, item C.

The President declared Resolution 2019-96 adopted.

Mr. Pedersen entered Executive Session at 5:05 pm.
