Motion by Mr. Pedersen, seconded by Mr. Dosen to enter Executive Session at 4:32 p.m.

to adopt Resolution 2019-61 as follows:

Motion to enter executive session for the consideration of the appointment, employment, discipline,

promotion, demotion or compensation of a public employee or official per Board Policy 0166, item A.
