2. Executive Session     

Motion by Mr. Dosen, seconded by Mr. Ziegler to enter Executive Session at 4:35 p.m.

to adopt Resolution 2019-51 as follows:

This is an executive session only of the Board of Education pursuant to 121.22 (G)(1) to consider

the appointment, employment, dismissal, discipline, promotion, demotion or compensation of a public

employee or official or the investigation of charges or complaints against a public employee, official,

license or regulated individual per Board Policy 0166, item A.

ROLL CALL:  Mrs. Kramer, yes; Mr. Pedersen, yes; Mr. Ziegler, yes; Mr. Dosen, yes;

                   Mrs. Mack, yes      

The President declared Resolution 2019-51 adopted.

Motion by Mr. Dosen, seconded by Mr. Pedersen to exit Executive Session at 5:25 p.m.

 A. Regular Board Meeting ~ May 22, 2019

4. Adjournment

Motion by Mr. Dosen, seconded by Mr. Pedersen, to adjourn the Regular Meeting at 5:25 p.m.
